Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone had come across this type of problem
before and if so how they resolved it.

When we enter more than 1 in the SB+ Print Manager "No. Of Copies"
field with certain Print Drivers it kills the Windows Print Spooler.
It does it with the HP2300 driver but not the HP2200 driver and it also
does it with various Canon drivers. Is this a Windows, a print driver,
a UniVerse or a SB+ problem?? To restart the print spooler we have to
delete whatever files are in C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\PRINTERS first.
