if you do get an issue addressed it's not been worth the waste of your
time because you
have just learn't something about a defunct product

using something viable (python for instance) whatever you sort out
will have been worthwhile
IF you ever have problems

you will always get problems with PICK/UNIDATA/OPENQM UNIVERSE U2

nothing in it has advanced

good ideas in it - but they can all be implemented extremely easily in
python

then you won't have to employ some crusty loser with a bad attitude at
huge expense to pull
you out of your mess
