I can't find the notice that I read last week, but I thought it said
that Nebraska Furniture Mart is choosing to migrate to Reality. Does
anyone know what they are migrating from? Are there many other U.S.
companies choosing Reality? What would be the criteria that might make
a U.S. company choose Reality over UniVerse or UniData, for example?

You were correct, NFM are migrating to Reality from mvEnterprise!

They chose Reality after an extensive review of several of the flavours
available to them. Patient First is another who within the last year have
successfully migrated to Northgate's Reality, again after an extensive
evaluation of the market. One of the main reasons for choosing Reality was
it's proven mission critical resilience capabilities, and it's long term
commitment to the market.
