A client of ours asked us to post this job listing on CDP:



We are a Pick D3 Linux house in need of a digital artist to take over
our I.T. department. This is an expansive position incorporating the
following areas:



Maintain our distribution software, including writing reports using
Access; some light programming, but mostly troubleshooting & problem
solving



Update our supply catalog, as well as produce sales flyers and other
marketing items



Modernize our website, adding e-commerce, the ability for customers to
check inventory and connect our website to our in-house D3 database
via XML



Barcode our products, allowing for the tracking of an item from the
time it is ordered until the time it is invoiced and paid for



Outfit our sales trucks with mobile systems that would enable our
drivers to enter orders in the field using barcoding and the sending
of orders via computer phone card into our main home computer



Maintain network of 16 PC’s, including updating hardware and software



This is a full-time position with benefits including healthcare, life
