Default Not happy with Google - 04-25-2007 , 08:04 PM

It's time for me to go back and read Tony's old posts about other
newsgroup readers.

With Google Groups brain-dead this week, I've learned my lesson about
trusting them with too much.

I'm still unhappy how they changed all my group ids when I signed up
for free Gmail!

I found it frustrating as well. Given that my ISP does not have a
reliable nntp feed and says it is not a service they provide, I'm
thinking that google groups is likely still my best option. Let me
know if you find something else. --dawn

There's this:

It's actually what my ISP uses to provide service.
