Default Microdata Annual Reunion -- Thursday Dec. 7th in Anaheim, CA (J T Schmid's across from the Pond) - 11-29-2006 , 07:03 PM

The Annual Microdata Alumni Reunion event is next Thursday ( a week
from tomorrow ).

It will be held in the same location, J T Schmid's Brewpub across from
the Pond starting after 5PM.

Frosty, Murthi bring your thirst and your latest adventure stories.
John Bohner will not let you pay for a drink that night. Pass the word
to others you know (HVE, for instance) -- he won't have to buy a drink
either.

Rumors are that E M Malone will take time out from his teaching
schedule at UNLV to attend.

Thirty (30) years ago, I was at Microdata working in Marketing Tech
Support with Wayne Malone, Art Shahan & Ted Ellison. What a Trip this
Life has been! God Bless all who can remember the olden days.

30 years ago I was just a babe (it would be way too inaccurate to say
"baby"), but 30 years from next summer is when I started in data
processing. I did my DP time primarily in the Pr1me and IBM worlds
over the past 29.5 years, but perhaps one of these years the Microdata
Alums would be interested in giving me a media pass as a Pick historian
(of sorts)???

Until then, who's taking notes, recording stories, etc? If anyone
finds out anything that conflicts with the MV family tree as it stands
now (that I haven't updated since 2002 in spite of good intentions),
let me know.

Have fun and say hi to Henry from me. --dawn
