I want to merge a MVBASE system to D3 system.
* with an ACCOUNT-SAVE on MVBASE (vtf file), it don't work on D3 (tape was
unlabeled and many errors)
* with SAVE accountname (CT, it works with D3 but i have problem with
records larger than 32k.

No experience with mvBase, BUT if it has the notion of a "DC" file
pointer, this may enable >32K items to come across cleanly
