I know Pick has always had these 'filler' verbs that do nothing but can
make the advertising copy look english like (well it was called English
back in the day).
Still it seems remarkable that I can...

D3 parses the line and acts on each token as if it was the only one. DICT

just sets a flag to tell TCL that the file in question is as dict level
file. It shouldn't matter how many times you tell it.
