To anyone who knew the good and gentle Lewis Unger (ex-Ultimate, MSL etc
from the 80's and still a Pickie until last month), I regret to note that he
died last Tuesday quite suddenly from cancer. As a good friend of mine, his
death saddens me greatly, more so at its unexpectedness.

From his son Josh's email: "Some things to note: he left us with his heart
full of love, his mind full of ideas, and with a minimum of suffering".

I'm very sorry to hear of Lew's passing. I knew him way back in Ultimate
days. (In fact, he might have been one of the first Pick people I ever
met.) It's been over 20 years since I met him, but his name always stuck
in my mind. He was a real sweet guy.

Thanks for the news.

Lew was my first exposure/trainer in this strange world, back in 1976.
You missed out if you never had any dealings with him. Thanks Lew.

I worked at a company that shared an office with Lew back in the early
80's. I always remembered him as a very nice man especially to a
young kid trying to figure out how to be a programmer.

He'll be missed...
