Role
International consultation and technical support for each of the
banks' international Globus installations.
Implementation & changes to existing systems.
Involvement in Low Level Design, coding & implementation.
Software development and development consultation.
Hands on role to provide development general technical broad based
support in areas where Globus or Jbase is used.
To develop new applications and manage change requests to the Globus
Reference System


Experience

Minimum 5 years IT experience.
At least 3 years experience in Globus Release G12 - T24
jBASE 4.0 and 4.1 including administration
Experience in Globus implementation / Upgrade
Experience in MIS Reporting / Data Warehousing
Familiar in various Banking Regulations / Reporting requirements (e.g.
BASEL II, USGAAP, SOX etc.)
Experience with RUP and other design methods advantageous

Job Responsibility
Responsibilities will include primary tasks to apply Globus/Jbase
specialist knowledge into the regular integration and development
cycle.
The task will be focused on supporting the Application Development Team
with this specialist knowledge in the areas of Globus application
development, maintenance, integration testing, and change request
development and defect resolution.
Release management, deployment of code and defect fixes to maintain
consistence of the Globus product is also necessary tasks.
The key task is to adhere to central principles to address and resolve
change requests from Project and Production streams.
This is a hands-on role
