Default jbase file structures - 11-07-2006 , 01:01 PM

I come from Prime Information / Universe / Unidata environments. I am
trying to figure out file structures on jbase. I am not finding a
DICT.DICT that defines the dictionary structures, and being able to
understand the dictionaries would help me understand the files. I'd
appreciate any help.

Hello,

A jbase account is a folder like universe. The "Master Dictionnary" or
Vocabulary file depend on en envoronment variable JEDIFILENAME_MD.. For
example set to "VOC" the voc file will be the ref file to find Verb and
Q pointer...
Physical files are named as the pick file... COSTUMER file will have
COSTUMER unix file. The DICT part will be COSTUMER]D...
