While I've seen lots and lots of them, I don't have a URL handy. I've have
also seen SSL in a browser which is even cooler. I am sure that you can

If Java isn't a requirement, AccuSoft's terminal emulation package AccuTerm
2K2 runs a browser based terminal emulator.
