While I've seen lots and lots of them, I don't have a URL handy. I've have
also seen SSL in a browser which is even cooler. I am sure that you can
find at least half a dozen in 10 minutes using google...

JAnita from April System Design is one. I haven't used it but we do
use their regular terminal emulator ("Anita") at my work.

We currently use Powerterm at my place of work. The company that created
Powerterm (Ericom) offer a server product called Powerterm WebConnect.
This runs as either an ActiveX client (yikes) or a Java client.

Both products are thoroughly recommended and have performed faultlessly
with our HP-UX/Sequent systems running UniVerse.
