Theo, let's try this again...

-------------------------------------------
Hi, my client running the ____________ DBMS over the ________ OS needs
one or two people skilled in these areas: ________ ________ ________.
Their goal is to __________________. The tools to be used are
_____________ (or to be determined). The application focuses on the
___________ (vertical/horizontal) market. The expected project time
is _______ but we are hoping someone with expertise can provide a
better estimate. The work (must / does not have to) be done on-site,
remote services will (not) be considered. Work is expected to begin
in _____ (weeks / months). USA citizenship (is / is not) required.
Some travel will (not) be required.

Optional: I (do/do not) enjoy working for this client and (do/do not)
expect to continue working for them. They pay (regularly/grudgingly)
and always (on time/late).
-------------------------------------------

Given the above information you might find someone who is qualified,
otherwise a lot of your time will be wasted.

Regards,
Tony

This might be the Pick group but it is beginning to sound like one of those
'other' groups. The job posting might be very important to an unemployed
reader and was posted in a spirit of helpfulness. Now others may not make
the mistake of being helpful.

Theo is ligit and he is not a head hunter. He has been around Ohio and
Pick for a long time. You have his name, you have his company, you can
look them up on the web, what more do you want.

Sorry, but I disagree. The OP had no information in it. I surely wouldn't
have sent my resume(even though I'm not consulting), considering it could be
a spam bot or head hunter. Even if it was posted with the best intentions,
who's to say what skills are required for the gig? You wouldn't send your
resume for an accounting consulting gig, if you only know about retail
sales.

Glen
Now speak for yourself Glen . That's how you get experience in retail,
warehouse, medical, dental, manufacturing, government, etc, etc......
Now that said if you know what the job entails, it does make it easier
to *customize* the resume, thus increasing your chances to get the
interview, and then the offer.

Well you could ask Theo about the job if you were interested, he did
leave his email.....too hard?
