Ok, that's a new one on me. Is it still current? Sounds exciting.

No, should've specified. Was a license bought by Climax Computer
Systems, headed by a Brit, Mike something and sold only a few dozen
systems I believe, before folding. Early 80's (all from fuzzy memory
synapses)

Yes, but it was an interesting implementation. They had tied imaging with
it. The Ford Modeling Agency used one.

In addition to those:

Dassault Electronique OA implementation Motorola based 88010/20 (late 80ies)
Ultimate Inmos Transputer board pluged into 286 PCs (same late 80ies) - that
was great innovation, suppressed by US Ultimate management as far as the
concept and implementation made by French/UK guys only.

MDIS Eagle board, Motorola 888010/20 based, similar to Upboard. I heard, it
was possible to load Upboard software into it, performace increased by some
3-4 times immediately.

Just to name a few from my memory hold.

Intertechnique (sp?) was a pretty good sized player IIRC.

Hello for all,

I already used R83, AP, AP-DOS, AP-FOR and D3.
I want to obtain information about other flavors of PICK.
I already had information on U2, Jbase, MaVerick, Reality, Revelation,
mvBase and mvEnterprise.
Do other flavors of PICK exist?

Thank you.

UltPlus is still being sold by Operating System Support (OSS); their web
page is www.ossfl.com

Ron

Talking of Brits, has anyone mentioned Aaron Gershfield. I can't remember
the names of his systems, though. I think the company is still going, but
I doubt he is still selling his own-brand Pick.

Best wishes
