There have been several posts here and elsewhere recommending the
"download" product from cedarville.edu. I downloaded it at home last
night and read the pdf. It looks like something that would save me/us
considerable time and effort at work. The boss, however, is cautious.
He would feel a lot more comfortable going with a product backed by IBM
or a known reputable software house / supplier. The fact that it's free
seems to actually count against it.

The reason for the post is : If you've used the download product could
you please post a few words to summarise your experiences. If you can
provide something to establish some sort of credibility - like you work
for a national defence agency or something - it might help me to help
my employer.
