Default DesignBAIS/Dave Bryant - 09-06-2006 , 03:34 AM

I see Dave has moved on some time ago, but I find it "interesting" that
his time @ DB doesn't even rate a mention on his CV? I don't know if
this means that DB was (is?) simply a "part time" job that he is still
doing (and VoxVue is another?) ... I wonder if he has left MV for good?

Looks like an "interesting" product - but extracting data for
Visualization from spreadsheets ... Still, I suppose a picture IS worth
a thousand words

I'm sorry to hear that. It looks like Dave has left MV. I haven't
been keeping up. Who is the current President of DesignBais? Thanks.

David McLean has assumed these responsibilities along with Marketing.
I have been promoted to VP of Client Services which includes Sales and
Support. We have also added Tony Gravagno to our support staff to
support the West Coast.

I thought he was the lead developer of the DesigBais product?

Hey Ross - I hope the quotes around interesting don't mean that you
were using a euphemism :-). Amazingly there is more business data held
in spreadsheets than in all other types of depository.

This is the first step and if you think about it the model data has
already been extracted to the spreadsheet, ready to use. We will also
be extracting data from databases on an as needed basis (so get those
requests coming in, MVers).

If you have ever had a problem getting management or customers to
understand the true meaning and ramifications of your data you really
ought to look at this product. You will find the presentation of the
data truly outstanding.

Dave

Still working with data and that data can come from MV as well as
anything. If this interface doesn't show that your applications can
produce a modern look and feel then nothing will. Give us a call/email
etc and we will be happy to send you a copy. Find us at www.voxvue.com.

Can you ever really leave MV?

Thanks for piping up, Dave, and I agree that you can't really leave as
long as it is in your brain. Cheers! --dawn
