Which will be the best option in order to manage data about 10,000 workers and its related transactions?
-MS SQL Server
-Oracle and
-MySQL

More information would help, but I'd suggest the "best" solution may
not be on the shortlist you have provided

FYI, comp.databases.pick is not a newsgroup for people who want to pick a database;
it is a newsgroup for the database(s) known as "Pick".
