If this is a PC, I'd open it up and check the CMOS battery.

I'm not that up on mvBase, but it seems to me it's like R83, it has it's own
internal clock for keeping track of DATE() and TIME() and the system
functions that return timer ticks, but it relies on the Real Time Clock
(RTC) from the underlying operating system.

I've seen a bad CMOS battery cause this on the old AP when it WAS the OS.

This behaviour has been reported here before. From memory, no-one could
suggest a solution/reason for it last time either (about a year ago?).
