D3 set-date (L -

I know that I am not the only one who queried this so here is the
answer.
Set-date of course does not work in Windows so we are actually talking
set-date-eur and set-date-std.
The recent example of centralising a European server in the States can
work if the connections are single telnet sessions. Each US user
would have set-date-std (L) and each real world user would have set-
date-eur (L) in the logon. Thus Localising the date display and edit
to the line.
Tip to demonstrators always uses day and date the same that way you
are less likely to trip up 1.1.11 or 12.12.11 comes out the same
regardless.
