There is an excellent article on how to do it with DOSPRN on the Raining
Data D3 Windows forum. Alternatively just Google for Dosprn at $20 if I
remember correctly it is worth it as it will also take PCL commands allowing
you to print both portrait and landscape. For example we print our dot
matrix 60 line 132 column reports in landscape with no problems.
