Hello Group: I have two D3 systems of the same release and patch(es) which are behaving differently in this manner: On one system, when I invoke a phantom, where the phantom program is at a blocking read (it's asking a question at a BASIC input statement), and there is no stacked data to pass, the phantom will hang indefinitely. On the other system, the phantom will log off and log as a status "E" in the JOBS file. I'm guessing that it sees there is no stacked data, it knows it's at a prompt and therefore unable to continue. How is it supposed to behave? Does anyone know if there is a "setting" of some sort for this? I've tried starting the phantom with z and also zd. Thanks in advance. J |
