Default D3 9.0 & Red Hat 6.0 - 01-07-2011 , 01:58 AM

Hi

Has anyone successfully installed D3-9.0 on Red Hat 6.0 Enterprise
running 64 Bit?

I am aware TL released a patch M4 in December 2010 to support Red Hat
6.0, but i have built 2 identical systems, one running 32 and the
other 64 bit O/S, and you dont even get passed the D3_setup stage on
the 64 bit one

Regards

John

You need to also download the new installer for 64-bit.

HI

Yes, i was made aware of a new installer, Monitor M4, but guess what?

The FTP site that has the M4 patch is incorrect and i was told to go
to a totally different location to download

ftp://ftp.tigerlogic.com/outgoing/D3...or-lx-9.0.4-.Z

Seems they have 2 monitor M4 patches, in 2 totally different
locations, and neither of them are the SAME SIZE

Either one of them is correct, and if so, should be a completely
different number.

So much for QA !!!!

I am going to try the one that TL sent me the link for (ie not the
usual location to pick your software up from), and see how i go

Regards

John
