As proof of that, when at Pick Systems I wrote an HTML driver so that
the @(-nn) codes for bold, italic, underline, font size/color, etc
would translate to <tags>. Unfortunately, like a lot of good code I
think it got blown away, but it was a fun exercise. Mea culpa for not
getting more backups. I might have posted it to cdp, dunno.
