BRIZ is a powerful terminal emulator which is created for D3 and
OPENQM which you can use it as a Middleware (Connector for any Window
development tools to MVDBMS - e.g. Visual Basic, Delphi) or use its
inbuild developement tools (FLASHGUI) to do the GUI development.
