Actually, Tony is perfectly right. His online persona has changed
considerably over the years that he's been posting to this group. I know
that mine has changed as well, though probably in the other direction. <g>

FWIW, I'm never really offended by Tony's venting. I've watched the
frustration building, and I can quite understand it. At least he always
provides details of his issues and offers suggestions that might help
relieve them.
