1923
Vegemite yeast spread is introduced in Australia by Fred Walker & Co. of
Melbourne. In 1926, Kraft Cheese Company acquires an interest in the
company.

Are you implying that a BIG JAR is a health hazard ;-)

Um, no...it's just that a little goes a loooooooooooooooooooooooong way!

No..... That's Peck's Paste..... Nothing like Vegemite.... At least
Vegemite starts life (or, at least it used to before Kraft got their
hands on it) in the right place - a brewery..... <g

Hey Bruce,

Speaking of a brewery, is it tru that you have a phone jack & ethernet
connection through to the pub next door?
Mate, BAD PLANNING in siting the office! The Albion pub's 4 doors up
the street, the Globe's the same on the other side of the street, or
the Commercial Club's directly over the road..... But, $20pa, middy's
$2.10 for members with 1 in 12 free.... Figure it out... But stay away
from the bandits.... The b...s sting....

Why in blazes would I need a phone jack? They're open when I come to
work; they're still open when I knock off, and if I don't park my car
in their car park by lunch-time, they come looking for me.... Cheap
parking. A middy for a half-day's under cover parking and an ogle...

But I do render them a service. I'm told that if I don't lean
against the Members' Bar for at least an hour or two every evening,
it'll fall over... Don't want to take the risk of that, so....

The ETHERnet connection, though... Could I run metho through that
instead? Or some other lower form of alcohol???... Might be a bit
to consider there.....

(It is a Sumo Computer but it came from Ashwood)

BIG jar? Sure! That would be several lifetime's worth, right?
LOL! Not the way I eat Vegemite (or Marmite when I can get my hands on
it). Yum yum!

Sumo computer sold quite a few computers to ashwood recently, so i'd guess that was one of them.

They keep dropping in price, but they are very cool little toys yes?

My Daddy does good work!
