Also, the FTP site is missing the Native-Pick v5.2.7 system-disk-1 (2
is there).

The first disks of a lot of the Pick native installs required a trick
when they were made to make them useful. Only original Pick
manufactured media is very useful here.

for the purposes of replacing lost or damaged media, if the first disk
doesn't work, you are pretty much out of luck at this point w/o
someone sending the package to you.

Some of you must read this - how about it?

BTW I am still unable to get AP/DOS installed in VMware, perhaps
because it now uses PCI-based floppies, as do new PCs, if they have
sockets at all. The floppy drive of Virtualbox works OK for the
install disc verification but raw floppies for Pick tapes are refused
by "Oracle VM" Virtualbox. I'll dig out older versions, or try Qemu,
when I have time....

Meanwhile, yes, ScarlettDME/OpenQM is great.
