Default ADDS Mentor & AccuTerm FTD help? - 11-02-2006 , 04:44 PM

I posted previously about an ADDS Mentor 3.0 system I'm attempting to
pull data from. I'm using the latest AccuTerm and have installed the
host programs on the Mentor system to transfer files, but I get this
error:

Quote:
FTD
AccuTerm Data Transfer Utility
FTD requires AccuTerm to run!
Quote:
ACCUTERM/WIN32 5.3a 601125 SINGLE mentor
[3] VERB?

I can't seem to find any info why this is occuring. I'm connecting
using AccuTerm and have verified I'm at the TCL command prompt:

Quote:
FTTCL
**TCL**

Any ideas? Thanks...

Have you tried asent.com ?

Pete is very good at supporting Accuterm.

Thanks, I have posted to the ascent forum, but after 19 views and no
replies I thought I would post here.

Just post the question directly to support, or give them a call.
Usually you get a call back right away.

Success! Pete had the answer. If your interested, you can find it
here:

http://www.asent.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=879

Required a modification to the ftvsinf file...a simple sleep 1 command.
