I'm using Actfax for email, faxing and report printing using the overlay function. The Actfax is running on an XP box and is receiving print jobs from D3 apps on an AIX machine. The email function will allow me to assign a name to the report and convert it into a pdf as an attachment on the email. I need to capture the report with the overlay and store it in the customers folder. I can direct the report to the Actfax server using a shared printer for AdobePDF to create the PDF but it requires interaction at the Actfax server to assign the filename. I've tried several PDF drivers but all require the interaction on saving the file. Anyone out there have suggestions on this? Randy |

The @F602 tag is used to name the .pdf document. I suppose you could include the directory. I'm not sure this would work, but you could try: @F602 c:/jeffsemail/po1234.pdf @ The @F503 tag assigns the printer. I suppose you can set up the printer to be a file. @F503 hp7410,D,H@ Michael Schindler ( support (AT) actfax (DOT) com ) is always very helpful.
