Out of curiosity I wanted to know what programming language or what development platform Borland/Corel have used, like C++ or what. |

AFAIK, recent versions were written using MSVC++ using the associated MS foundation classes. I believe since P8. Prior versions were written in Borland C++ using the Borland Foundation classes. |
