Default 'Table won't open - 11-25-2009 , 12:59 PM

Am using the version of Paradox contained within Office 11 under
Windows 7. Am an almost complete amateur at this. I am a hospice
volunteer and wanted to keep track of my work. I have created a table
for the hospice number, last name, first name, etc of the patient.
Then created a table to record hospice number, last name, first name,
date of visit and action taken. No problem UNTIL I try to make lookup
table in second DB linked to the first. The program lets me create
the link. I had it set for the hospice number and all relevant
fields. I reference the first DB by choosing it from the drop down
menu. I then save it. At that point the table will no longer open.
The error message says the first DB has the wrong name. Yet the
"wrong name" cited by the message is the correct name of the first DB.

Can anyone help with this?

Many thanks as this would make my data entry much easier when I record
my visits to patients.

Hi

You'll find some answers following these links

You can read/post there as well.
2. Point your Browser to
