| I'm only aware of one solution, and that is to install a later version of Paradox. I don't have a PC with only P7 installed. This makes it very hard to analyze the problem. |

Leslie The problem is with the Paradox Installer. It is not compatible with the XP registry. I had the same problem. If you look for Paradox in the CSLID area --Mine is at {421CBA28-18D4-101B-8D01-04021C007002} -- you will find that InprocServer32 references PCWSHELL.DLL. This is where the references are stored. Unfortunately, there are no updates to this DLL. I disabled all of the references to this CSLID and got rid of those blank spaces which was bugging me. Chuck cfolkes (AT) sbcglobal (DOT) net |

Leslie Installing a differnet version is not an option as I simply do not like nor trust anything corel has produced since. So version 7 is used because it is the last Borland version. I din't suggest you should use a different version than P7, but installing e g P9 will fix the Explorer issue. So does anyone know where the text is actually stored. Text should be stored in PXWSHELL.DLL, as suggested by Chuck. Note his typo. -- Bertil Isberg CTECH Paradox Buglist: http://hem.bredband.net/bertilisberg/ remove spamfilter (reversed) to reply |

Leslie I loaded Paradox 8 on my one of our other machines and found that the contextmenu only supports "Run" & "Design" for all file extensions. Finis |
