Kenneth,

Check out the BDE settings for the 2K PC that runs OK and see if they are
different on the one that doesn't and make them the same.

Especially the setting for "SHAREDMEMLOCATION".


If that doesn't work, try changing the SHAREMEMLOCATION to 6BDE
