The BDE does not work with NT Clients (inc W2K, XP) accessing a database on a Win9x Server (inc Me). You need to check your facts, Leslie. Although it would be strange to arrange things like that, there's no reason why you shouldn't, and I have seen it done, in places where the sole NT server was reserved for use as a Domain Server, for example. WinME, OTOH, should be avoided, and not just for reasons of problems with Paradox ! |
