On my main machine, that form displays properly with fields

Yesterday, I was at another machine, and opened the form.

It looked fine, until I clicked on any field. With that, the
field became opaque white, and no text was visible.

At that point, if I clicked on the field again, it appeared
as it should: black field, with white text.
If you do not explicitly set a color, the form will pick up the machine's
system colors. Dunno why this should send your font white when you fire
your color changing code, but it's something to check.

Hey Jim,

I appreciate your comment...

As it turns out, my son had set the system with the problem
to 256, rather than to 32 bit, color.

That caused the odd difficulty I had.
Well, it *was* machine specific! Thanks for letting me know.
