Of corse,but when you install pdx, bde picks up date format from regional
settings-> a swedish user should find mode=2 in bde, an american 0, and a
normal user (i'm joking) 1. Wrong?

I have never said it is evident that US date format should be used in Local
SQL, but it is the fact. That's why I keep repeating it. The date format is
rather confusing in Local SQL because the Visual Query Builder is using the
Windows date format which won't work.
