Is the "too much memory" problem I've seen discussed here before or something else? |

I have a new computer and am in the process of setting it up. Paradox, version 9, is installed and update SP3 has been installed. I haven't used it much yet, but it seemed to be working all right. This morning I ran Proview for the first time, and it appears to have installed itself successfully. My problem is that now Paradox won't start. When I try, I get a dialogue box that says either Paradox isn't a program or there isn't enough memory for it to run. I checked the first possibility, and the shortcut tab in properties shows "pdxwin32.exe", so the first isn't true. Apparently the system thinks that there is insufficient memory now. I have a Gateway DX4300-17, which has 6 GB of RAM. The OS is System 7 Home Premium, which is fully updated. Is the "too much memory" problem I've seen discussed here before or something else? |
