Default PDF Issue - 08-23-2006 , 08:39 PM

Howdy all.
I've got a new report that prints correctly, e.g. has st address included as
part of owner's name via a formula. However, when printing to PDF (Adobe),
some of the records are missing the address and only display the owner's
name and a blank line.

I've increased the areafor the name and address field but did not work. In
addition, I was encountering that some fields were changing their defined
field, e.g. a field that was defined as an account quantity field in a table
would now be defined as the first name field in the RSL report. Not sure
what was causing this but just delivered report and used it instead during
my testing.

Appreciate any suggestions/comments you may have should anyone have
encountered this issue previously. Using P10 SP2 on an XP SP2 box; Adobe
Acrobat 5.0.5.

Thanks in advance,
Rey

When this happens, you have probably changed the structure of the table
after the report was created.

As I rarely see this, I have no tested workaround, but I would suggest
you to rebuild the table using Table Repair, and then verify all fields
in the report.

Howdy, Bertil.
Thanks for reply. Yup, table was restructured after report was
initially created. So I put the table structure back to original -
cause of additional requirements for report AKA scope creep - and have
had no problems since.

Thanks again,
Rey
