Default Paradox v11 Table Repair Utility - 07-14-2006 , 04:13 AM

We have had a number of odd problems with an old Paradox database
application. So we decided to use the table repair utility to see if
there were any problems with the tables. Irrespective of which table
we select we get the message:-

-30653^An error occurred when setting the property named 'Value' of
the objectnames 'fdlProblems' of type 'Field'.

From there we cannot Verify the table.

The old DOS based utility TUTILITY.EXE runs cleanly.

Does anyone have any idea what this means and what we can do about it?

Many thanks,

Alan

fldProblems is on the tab Repair Settings and by default the path to
PRIV\Problems is assigned to the field. What's the fullname of your PRIV?

What happens if you change PRIV to a different folder eg C:\DATA\PRIV?
