I'm having trouble installing pdox ver 4.5 on a win xp machine. I get
the following errors upon opening the program:

File error: Cannot find odapi01.dll
File error: Cannot find LD01.dll
File error: Cannot find odapiq01.dll
Can't run a 16 bit windows proram | can't find file
C:/pdoxwin/pdoxwin.exe
If you decide to install Paradox 4.5 on a Win XP machine, you probably
have installed it on a Win95 or Win98 machine earlier.

Then open Win.ini and pdoxwin.ini in the Windows folder and look for the
Paradox related settings. Verify that the referenced folders exist after
installation.

Hi,

I had similar problems installing 4.5 on Windoze 98.

The solution there was to ensure the 'path' (in CONFIG.SYS) included the relevant directories.
It is also necessary to verify that the referenced folders exist after installation.

I *do* appreciate that other flavours of Windoze are different but that might be a pointer.
