How do you create persistant highlighting of tableframe records?

An example of what I want to do is . . .

Two tableframes with a one to many relationship, (i.e. TableA -->> TableB).
Clicking on any field in TableA would highlight the entire record. The
record should remain highlighted even when clicking on TableB.
