GPF at Restructure Table Lookup

Pdox 11 11.0.0.410. I get GPF when in resturcture table and I click on Table
Lookup tab. All tables. All else OK but that. I've repaired and reloaded
Pdox 11 t no avail. Any others w/same symptom?

This problem has been reported by a couple of Win XP Home users. Sorry to
say, none of them have reported back if they have found an explanation or
workaround.

I do not have this problem running v 11.0.0.411 on XP Home.
