Default Busy Database - 01-10-2008 , 04:29 PM

Ii have a database of names, addresses, phones, etc. and a field for coding.

(This is not the mailing label database of a few weeks back.)

The purpose is mainly practice, and mistakes don't hurt much.

In doing queries, I may get a box saying table is busy.
How can I stop it from being busy so I can get on with the query?

You have to release whatever else has the table locked. You may have a
form open to it or have the table itself open on the desktop etc.
