Folks,

We are implementing Oracle 10.2.0.3 RAC on redhat 4. On various documents,
Oracle recommend us use separate ASM home. But our vendor told us that if
we are not going to install different version of Oracle on same box, it is
better not to have separate ASM home.

Could somebody provide some idea?

Your help is highly appreciated.
