Default Recovery From Loss Of Control File - 07-22-2004 , 10:24 PM

Suppose my current control file of database is corrupted. Now i have
only one backup of my control file that is i have taken when my
database was altered in archivelog mode. Now i have all the archive
logs. What should i do to recover.
I am restorin the control file & all the datafiles. i want to know
whether the archived logs will be applied or not. If yes please
explain me how? because the control file does not contain the current
archive log no. how it knows which archive log to apply?
Thank in advance
