I just want to know if i can use INTERGRATE oracle
FORMS, REPORTS with version control software specificaly
CVS,Clearcase, Sourcesafe, PVCS. Has anyone used a Version Control
software to manage files
or objects in these environments ?.

Yes you can but likely won't like the results.
Both Forms & Reports are binary files.
Oracle has a product which does version control of both of these, SCM.
