grant SYSDBA to user With remote_login_passwordfile=NONE? - 05-06-2005 , 03:44 PM

hello..

with oracle 7.3.4.4 and with remote_login_passwordfile=NONE,
can a user be granted the SYSDBA system privilege?

Or does granting the SYSDBA system privilege imply that a password file must
be used.
