Default Using LOGON_SCREEN - 07-22-2003 , 07:59 AM

I am using the LOGON_SCREEN in WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE. The problem
that I am having is: If the password is about to EXPIRED(GRACE) but
still within the grace period, Oracle Forms keeps sending the error
message "ORA-24324 service handle not initialzed' and does not allow
me to logon.

How do I get around this?

Thanks in advance.

I was able to trap the error message but you must logon the database
in order to change the new password. How do I logon the database without
using the logon function?

The same way you always do. Passwords are changed before they expire ... not after.
