TEXT_IO.PUT replace CHR(10) with CHR(13) CHR(10)

I am trying to output a binary file using TEXT_IO and whenever I put
CHR(10), I find that Oracle Forms 6i writes out CHR(13) and CHR(10)
instead. Is there any way to prevent the system from writing out the
CHR(13) ? Thanks

CR/LF would be standard DOS; what you want is *nix

Wait a minute: binary file? TEXT_IO and binary files?

Wow... Text_IO with binary files?.. how did you do that?.. I nedd that
functionality too man... Can you explain me how to do it? thanks
