Search/Replace Char. Sting in XML File In Oracle 10g

Hi,

In Oracle 10g, is there a way to do a search and replace of all
occurances simple character string
for a small XML file?

For example (On Windows), change, say, <SERVER> to serv0 for all
occurances
in C:\temp\test1.xml?

There are probably ways to do it with Oracle, but why notepad doesn't
qualify for that task?
